The Ministry of Religious Affairs has published a notification for the recruitment of Hajj guides. To become a Hajj guide, candidates must have at least one experience of performing the holy Hajj. The age of the candidates must be between 32 and 62 years, and they must be physically and mentally fit.

Candidates should have at least passed SSC or an equivalent qualification. It is essential to be able to recite the Holy Quran correctly and to have knowledge of Hajj-related issues. Candidates who have collected 44 Hajj pilgrims will be given priority if they possess other qualifications. Candidates must be skilled in using smartphones, the e-Hajj BD mobile app, and WhatsApp. Additionally, they should be hardworking and courteous. Proficiency in Arabic will also be an advantage.

Those who are initially selected in the interview must participate in mandatory training. Applications from individuals previously accused of negligence or misconduct while serving as Hajj guides will be canceled.

Interested candidates must apply through the Hajj portal by October 15. Direct applications will not be accepted. For more detailed information about the application, candidates can contact 16136.
