Before sunrise, Sohrawardy Udyan has turned into a sea of people. On Tuesday (November 5), scholars and clerics began gathering at the venue from early dawn.

This Islamic grand conference is taking place at the historic Sohrawardy Udyan in the capital, aimed at promoting Tabligh and Dawah, safeguarding Madrasah Qawmi, and preserving the faith. Although the conference was scheduled to start at 9 AM, devout Muslims began flocking to the capital right after Fajr prayers. The historic Sohrawardy ground filled up even before the sun's rays began to spread.

A statement released last Sunday indicated that the Islamic grand conference, organized by the Ulema-Mashayekh of Bangladesh for the purposes of Dawah and Tabligh, safeguarding Madrasah Qawmi, would be held on Tuesday morning at 9 AM. Scholars from all levels and the general public were invited to participate in the event.

Prominent scholars inviting people to the conference include Allama Shah Mohiullah Babunagari, Allama Khalil Ahmad Qasemi Hathazari, Allama Abdul Hamid Pir Saheb Madhupur, Allama Abdul Rahman Hafizji, Allama Nurul Islam, Adib Saheb Hujur, Maulana Obaidullah Faruq, Maulana Rashidur Rahman, Allama Shaikh Ziauddin, Allama Shaikh Sajidur Rahman, Allama Abdul Quddus Faridabad, Allama Nurul Islam Olipuri, Maulana Mahfuzul Haque, Maulana Abu Taher Nadvi, Maulana Arshad Rahmani, Maulana Salahuddin Nanupuri, Maulana Mustak Ahmad, Principal Mizanur Rahman Chowdhury, Maulana Anwarul Karim, Maulana Mufti Mohammad Ali, Maulana Mufti Mansurul Haque, and Maulana Mufti Delawar Hossain, among others.
