A dismembered human leg, cut above the ankle and bandaged, was found in a dustbin on Razia Sultana Road in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. On Monday (November 5) late night, local residents saw the cut and informed the police. 

 Ali Iftekhar Hasan, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Mohammadpur police station, confirmed the matter at around 12:30 pm. He said, “It is believed that the amputated leg came here from a hospital. The bandage on the foot and the cut made it look like the doctors had amputated it. No blood, absolutely dry. We are looking into how it got here."

 Meanwhile, recently there has been an increase in terrorist activities including robberies, robberies and murders in the Mohammadpur area, causing panic among the local residents. Joint forces are conducting continuous operations to bring the situation under control.
