In Rupganj, Narayanganj, a 3-year-old child named Tanvir drowned in a bucket of water in the courtyard of his house.

The incident occurred on Sunday (December 8) evening in the Ashulipara area of Daudpur Union in the upazila. 

Tanvir's father, Mohammad Kiran Ahmed, stated that Tanvir was playing in the courtyard in the afternoon. At some point, he fell into a bucket filled with water placed in a corner of the yard. After a while, when there was no sign of him, the family searched the area and found him dead in the bucket.
