A full-length film titled 'The Remand' has been made based on the July Movement. Directed by Ashraful Rahman, the film stars Zakia Bari Momo, Parvez Abir Chowdhury, Salha Khanam Nadia, Lutfor Rahman George, Kazi Hayat, Maruf, and many others. The film has already been submitted to the Film Censorship Certification Board, and the board members are expected to review it soon, according to producer Advocate Belayet Hossain.

Actor Parvez Abir Chowdhury mentioned, “The downfall of the autocratic Awami government came as a result of the student and public movement. This is a unique achievement for the Bengali people. Director Ashraful Rahman has made this film to document that achievement. I’m proud to be a part of this film. Just as 'Ora 11 Jon' was recognized as the first full-length feature film after the 1971 Liberation War, 'The Remand' will be recognized as the first full-length film about the July Revolution for the next generation. ”
