"Why are you acting like a fraud after coming here?" – Shabnur's stern reply.

Once a popular actress in Dhaka’s film industry, Shabnur has been living in Australia for a long time. Last year, she suddenly announced her return to acting in three films, only to return to Australia shortly after. From there, she stays active on social media, interacting with her fans.

As usual, on Monday (January 13), Shabnur posted a picture on her Facebook. In the picture, she appeared somewhat casual, and her fuller look also became evident. This led to disappointment among her fans, with many trolling her and sending a barrage of criticism. Some fans even posted various comments in an attempt to draw her attention and criticize her.

Finally, Shabnur addressed the situation with frustration. In a post aimed at the netizens, she wrote, "I want to say a few things to everyone. Some of you may know that I manage my social media on my own, and I haven’t hired any admins. Whenever I feel like it, I share personal preferences, joys, or sorrows on social media. People often comment on the pictures and videos I post, and some even ask strange questions about my dress. I am accustomed to wearing casual clothes in Australia, and I feel comfortable in them. What someone else chooses to wear is their personal choice, isn't it?"

Advising those who don't like her posts, she added, "If something I share doesn’t appeal to you, feel free to make constructive criticism with courtesy. But I kindly request that you refrain from making repeated offensive comments. If you don't like my activities, you may choose not to follow me."

The actress further wrote, "Some people who come to my wall to leave negative comments then create fake accounts and pages, using my posts to make business. Many people are going viral on social media using me as a resource and making money. That's fine, but why come here to act like frauds? Why are you organized in making bad comments? Some even tell me to disappear. Haha. In this digital age, people still offer such advice. I will decide whether to stay visible or not."
