India’s entertainment industry is once again in mourning. On Sunday (December 1), the body of Kannada film and television actress Shobita Shivanna was found at her home in Hyderabad. She was only 30 years old at the time of her death.

According to police sources, Shobita’s body was discovered hanging, and it is initially believed to be a suicide. The reasons behind her tragic decision remain unclear. After her body was found, it was sent to Gandhi Hospital for an autopsy. 

A police officer from Gachibowli Police Station stated that locals have reported that the actress took her life by hanging, and the body was transferred to the hospital for further investigation. The investigation into her sudden death has already begun.

Shobita was known for her roles in films like Eradondla Muru and Ondu Kathe Hella, and she had also been regularly acting in serials such as Galeepata, Mangala Gowri, and Krishna Rukmini.
