India is currently in the middle of the wedding season. Amid this, a groom’s unusual behavior during his wedding has sparked widespread discussion on social media. While the religious rituals of the ceremony were underway, the groom was seen engrossed in playing Ludo on his smartphone. A video of the incident has since gone viral.  

A user on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) shared the viral photo. The image shows two friends standing around the groom, seemingly trying to shield him, while the groom remains deeply focused on his online Ludo game. The photo also features a priest officiating the ceremony and a photographer capturing the moments. The post has already been viewed by over 465,000 users on X.  

The groom's actions have amused many, prompting a variety of witty comments. One user remarked, "The guy is prioritizing what he loves." Another commented, "This seems to be a Bengali wedding. To be fair, such scenes occasionally occur at weddings here, so it’s hard to blame him entirely."  

However, not everyone was amused. Many criticized the groom for engaging in trivial activities on such an important day, calling it disrespectful to the religious customs and the bride. One user commented, "If I were the bride, I would have walked out of the wedding." Another agreed, writing, "Absolutely right!"
